The experience was fantastic! We enjoyed excellent, friendly service and delightful dining options. The snorkeling was a fun highlight, filled with vibrant fish. We appreciated the variety of pools and well-kept beaches. Accidental seashells on the walk were a minor annoyance. Would love to revisit this paradise!

Unfortunately, we faced multiple issues during our stay. The check-in process was frustrating. staff didn't communicate, causing confusion over which line to join. Additionally, we experienced a malfunctioning air conditioning system for the first nine hours, which was quite uncomfortable in the heat. The parking situation was equally troubling, with no clear instructions, leaving us being told to move our car multiple times.

The beach was super clear, and we loved chillin' at the beach bar with Rafael and Adriana—such good vibes! The room was comfy and cleaned daily. The towel animals were a cute touch. Only downside? Our balcony was kinda blocked by trees and noisy sometimes.

We really loved the easy walk to the beautiful Puerto Aventuras beach and enjoyed a delicious meal at La Solita, just around the corner. while the suite was fantastic and the atmosphere was generally friendly, there was a bit of an issue with noise from the staff area during our stay.
